Verses of the day:
Psalm 113:4-9 “The Lord is exalted over all the nations, his glory above the heavens. Who is like the Lord our God, the One who sits enthroned on high, who stoops down to look on the heavens and the earth? He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes, with the princes of their people. He settles the barren woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the Lord.”
This is such a great verse! I love the part where it talks about the Lord looking down on us. He takes care of each and every one of us, and ultimately meets our individual needs like no other person can on this earth.
Proverbs 30:5 “Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.”
Imagine every word you say being “flawless”; there truly is no one like the Lord!! AMEN J
1 Peter 1:24-25 “All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the glowers fall, but the word of the Lord stands forever.”
All of our accomplishments are going to come and fade. The only thing that matters most, and lasts eternally is the Lord. Our relationship with the Lord is the most important thing in the world!!

“BECOMING A WORLD-CLASS CHRISTIAN”
Point to Ponder: “The Great Commission is my commission.”
Bible Verse: Psalm 67:2
"The Great Commission is your commission. You have a choice to make. You will be either a world-class Christian or a worldly Christian.” p. 297
“People may refuse our love or reject our message, but they are defenseless against our prayers.” p. 300
Have a great rest of the day!!
