This past week was an incredible time with my fiancé and family. I couldn't have asked the Lord for a better time together. It did my heart good to spend time with those I dearly love. I was able to go to a Christmas Eve candlelight service with my parents and grandparents the day after getting back into the states. I also was able to get my first dress fitting which was great!!
My Grandpa and Grandma McNally had my whole family over for a meal on Friday evening and then Saturday evening my dad made egg rolls for the whole Frazee side of the family. On Sunday I was able to go to my parent's church in Indiana with my sisters and fiancé. Sunday afternoon I drove back to Xenia with Caleb and my sisters. We were able to watch a movie Sunday night which was fun. Monday consisted of sleeping in, packing, and catching up with a good friend over brunch with my sisters and fiancé. Monday afternoon I hung out a little bit with Caleb and my sisters then it was time for Caleb to head back to TN.
I headed towards the airport around 4:45 pm. I had a quick flight from Dayton to Chicago and then a short layover before boarding for my flight to London. I slept really well on the flight to London for which I am so thankful for! The flight to Istanbul went well and I got snagged a little bit at the customs but besides that I made it safe and sound to my apartment. I am all unpacked and took a shower as well.
Caleb's mom is actually coming over January 11th which I am super pumped about! Caleb will be coming in February 👍
We have practice tomorrow and then a game on Saturday. I will try to catch up on the rest of my December Bible reading tomorrow as we finish out the year! I also want to post some pictures from the past few days in the States, so I will try to do that tomorrow also if I have time.
God bless,
Megan
