Today has been a good day but a busy one. This morning we went to a school and played with some kids for almost an hour. Above is a picture that someone took while we were playing with the kids. On my basket we were doing shooting games and then eventually played some 5 on 5...the boys loved it!!!
This afternoon I spent running errands - going to the grocery store, driving to therapy for my finger, and yeah just was a busy afternoon. We had practice as well because we play again tomorrow. I will post the link if we have one tomorrow, but I don't think it will work again unfortunately but I will keep trying. We play at 7:00 p.m. which is 12:00 p.m. EST against Ramat Chen.
This evening I plan on relaxing :)!! I cooked a nice meal of stir fry and then I caught up with one of my teammates last year in Turkey on skype. Tomorrow I look forward to sleeping in and then going for a nice walk, and then probably a nap before the game.
Let's go Ramat Hasharon!! Another tough game tomorrow!! We lost last night 66-59, so I am hoping we can get a victory tomorrow night!
I wanted to share this with you from today's entry of JESUS CALLING:
"A constant focus on adversity defeats many Christians. They walk through a day that is brimming with beauty and brightness, seeing only the grayness of their thoughts. Neglecting the practice of giving thanks has darkened their minds. How precious are My children who remember to thank Me at all times. They can walk through the darkest days with Joy in their hearts because they know that the Light of My Presence is still shining on them. Rejoice in this day that I have made, for I am your steadfast Companion." - Jesus Calling
