This evening, while walking home, I got a few groceries and then had a veggie pizza for dinner.
I hope everyone has a happy hump day tomorrow :)
It is game day tomorrow here in Adana. If we win we stay, if we lose we go home. I will let you know how we do!!! We play at 6:00 p.m. (11:00 a.m. EST).

I call to God, and the LORD saves me. Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my voice.— Psalm 55:16-17 (NIV)
Thoughts on Today's Verse...Wow, this Psalm of confidence in God suddenly has a much more powerful ring to it after remembering the resurrection of Christ! God does save us. God does listen to our voices. We can be sure he both hears and acts to bring salvation for us. The only question is whether we call out to God evening, morning and noon trusting in his response?
My Utmost For His Highest:
The Cross of Christ was a triumph for the Son of Man. It was not only a sign that our Lord had triumphed, but that He had triumphed to save the human race. Because of what the Son of Man went through, every human being has been provided with a way of access into the very presence of God.
Our Daily Bread:
Our Father must look on with enjoyment as we learn how to enjoy and savor Him.
Oh, taste the goodness of the Lord
And savor all that He has done;
Draw close and give your praise to Him--
The holy, sovereign, faithful One. —Sper
Our greatest privilege is to enjoy God’s presence.
