Today has been a blessed day. We had practice this morning and then I have been able to chill the rest of the day. I had some leftover chili from last night and then I took a nice long nap which was phenomenal!
A link to watch the game from Wednesday against Ramat Chen that we lost 77-75:

Reading for the day:
January 25th
Psalm 4
Psalm 4 – This is an incredible chapter because it touches on 3 pivotal emotions: anger, joy, and peace. We are to not let anger control us, but rather be filled with God’s joy. Is that always easy? No, but God gives us the ability to do things outside of our power. The chapter finishes talking about peace. We can go to bed at night in peace when we are following after the Lord. This world is full of trials and tribulations but despite our external circumstances, internally we can control how we react with God’s help.
