Hey All,
I hope everyone has had a great start to a new week. I have had a great day today. I had morning practice, relaxed this afternoon, and then had evening practice. After practice I went to the store to get some food for when my sisters come. I am SO excited to have them come over and visit. I know we are going to have an awesome time.
Tomorrow we head to France. We will be traveling all day, so we will not practice. On Wednesday we will be playing against Tarbes in a Euroleague, and then on Thursday we will be headed back to Poland. When I come back on Thursday, my sisters will already be waiting for me in my apartment. They head over here on Wednesday. I would appreciate your prayers for safety for them as well as my team and myself as we travel.
God bless you all!
I will try to write tomorrow if I can to update you on traveling, etc.
Megan
Verse of the Day:
For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.
--1 Peter 1:23
Imperishable – that is what we become when we become followers of the Lord. Do you know where you will be going when you leave this earth?
My Utmost For His Highest:
“The most important rule for us is to concentrate on keeping our lives open to God.”
It is so easy in todays fast pace culture to try to hide in a box so to speak or to stay in a bubble. The reality of it is, the Lord calls us to do the exact opposite. I have found this to be true in my own life. The past three years of my life have been phenomenal! God has allowed me to see things, meet new people, and experience things I never ever thought I would. When we OPEN ourselves to be fully used by the Lord, He is then able to OPEN up Himself fully to us. There is truly to limit to what the Lord can do.
