Today has been a great day :) I got some good sleep last night and then we headed to practice at 10 a.m. We had a good practice and then I came back to my apartment. Because of how far we live from practice typically each day we are gone from at least 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. so it can make for a long day.
I came home and made a salad for lunch then I took a nap which was nice. This afternoon and evening I have been relaxing and plan on trying to get to bed a little earlier because myself and another teammate want to start doing some extra running in the mornings a couple of times a week.
I hope you all are doing well! Tomorrow it is back to the practice floor. This evening I had leftovers from last nights meal.
