Wow, so it continues to rain here in Ramat Hasharon, but thankfully the ends is in sight with the rain. On Sunday it is supposed to be clear again and sunny...just in time for my sisters to arrive :)!!!
Tomorrow we play at 2:30 p.m. which is 7:30 a.m. EST against Rishon. Tolu, a girl who graduated from Liberty University plays on the other team. It will be a little different being opponents that is for sure. Although I never played with her while at Liberty, it will still be unique. I remember Tolu coming on an official visit while I was at Liberty.
Here is the link to follow the live stats for tomorrow's game. I think it should be up at this link. You will not be able to watch the game, but someone gave me this link to follow the live stats, and my family was able to follow last game. The link below will not work or become activated until the game starts.

Thank you for all of your support! It really does mean a lot :). I will be sure to update you on how the game goes tomorrow afternoon. We will have the rest of tomorrow off, and then Saturday we have off as well. I will spend Saturday getting ready for my sisters to come. I am going to do some major cleaning and get their room ready for them. I am so excited...it is so crazy that in a few days they will be here with me in person!!
Today was a good day. I slept in a little bit, then went to the store to get a few things for the weekend since the grocery stores will close tomorrow afternoon and not reopen until Sunday. I then did some relaxing which was nice. We had video this evening and then practice after that. After practice I went to dinner with Jacqui and Daisy (a couple of my teammates). This evening I have been relaxing which has been nice to do.
I will make sure to post about the game tomorrow night!!
QUOTES OF THE DAY:
"If you could see how close I am to you and how constantly I work on your behalf, you would never again doubt that I am wonderfully caring for you. This is why you must live by faith, not by sight; trusting in My mysterious, majestic Presence." - JESUS CALLING
I loved what "Jesus Calling" had to say today. Well, honestly every day there is always some type of nugget I take away from the reading even if I don't always post it on my blog. Take a minute and read over the paragraph from "Jesus Calling" again. WOW!! How comforting it is to KNOW that Jesus is constantly working on my behalf and on your behalf. The word that struck me is "constantly". We may feel sometimes like we are "constantly" doing something but the reality of it is, we aren't. We have to take breaks, or eat a meal, or take a nap, or sleep at night...so we are never in a constant state of doing one thing all the time...if we are, then we probably aren't going to live that long. Our bodies require rest. If you think about the Lord though, He is ever-present and all-knowing and at the same time all-powerful. He alone is the only person who is capable of "constantly" working on your behalf and on mine. AMAZING!! I am so thankful for that. He is working on your behalf in the midst of a bad medical diagnosis. He is working on your behalf in the announcement of a child being born. He is working on your behalf in the discouraging times as well as the encouraging times. He is working ALL things for your good and for mine. We must remember that this world does not revolve around US...rather this world is and should revolve around The Son and The King of Kings. So, next time you start to doubt yourself, doubt those around you, or question God remember that He truly is "constantly" working on your behalf. We don't have to understand "why" all the time because we can rest in the fact that we serve the One who DOES understand the "why", the "when", and the "how" questions of this life.
God bless,
Megan
