Hey All,
Today has been another great day here :). We had two practices and so the day went by pretty fast. Britt and I went downtown and checked out some different places. We ate some chicken and corn for lunch and then for dinner we had pizza.
Above is a picture from when were out and about walking today. The weather is colder here, but usually sunny outside.
I hope you all are having a great week!!
Verse of the day: Proverbs 29:25
“Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but trusting the Lord means safety.”
Praise the Lord, we can live in freedom (without fear), because we serve a God who is fearless who can then empower us to live without fear.
My Utmost For His Highest:
“Many people deliberately choose to be workers, but they have no purpose of God’s almighty grace or His mighty Word in them. Paul’s whole heart, mind, and soul were consumed with the great purpose of what Jesus Christ came to do, and he never lost sight of that one thing. We must continually confront ourselves with one central fact— “. . . Jesus Christ and Him crucified” (1 Corinthians 2:2).”
Are we reminded daily of the sacrifice that the Lord did when He died on the cross for our sins? May we never forget what HE did for us. What is your mind being consumed with? May we fix our eyes on Jesus the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:12).
