So I am happy to report that we won our game 73-68. It was a hard fought win, but it was nice to pull it out. So basically now the team we lost to yesterday won today so they automatically advance to the next round. We play Canik, a good team, tomorrow, but they have lost 2 close games. If we win tomorrow we will advance to the Top 8 of the Turkish Cup...if we lose tomorrow then most likely we will not pass to the next round. I will keep you all posted! The other American on my team hurt her ankle tonight, so that will be a big hole for us when game time comes tomorrow. I am not sure the status of her injury, but I don't think she will be able to play tomorrow. Prayers are appreciated as we finish out this last game...3 games in 3 days isn't easy.
We play at 3:00 p.m. tomorrow which is 9:00 a.m. EST. There is a possibility it may change, and if the game time does change I will let you know. Stay tuned on my blog for details!
God bless,
Megan

Judges 3/Matthew 24
Judges 3 – What an interesting story about Ehud. I followed the Lord’s leading and killed and killed King Eglon thus allowing the Israelite people to be delivered from the Moabites. When we are called by the Lord to do something, He promises to see us through to the end of the task.
Matthew 24 – So thankful we serve a God who is faithful and His promises are eternal. “Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear” the Lord says. Praise the Lord!!
