Today was another great day! Woke up to a dreary and cooler day outside...made it hard to get out of bed. We had morning practice that lasted for around 2 hours. Practice was pretty intense today, because we actually did quite a bit of running (a decent amount of sprints too).
This afternoon we lifted and took photos in our uniforms. By the time we got home from that, it was almost time to turn around and head back out. Today our General Manager also celebrated his birthday. So tonight, we had a surprise birthday party for him. Over here parties take awhile, so thankfully they let us leave after we had been there an hour and a half.

The key to the missionary’s message is the propitiation of Christ Jesus— His sacrifice for us that completely satisfied the wrath of God. Look at any other aspect of Christ’s work, whether it is healing, saving, or sanctifying, and you will see that there is nothing limitless about those. But— “The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!”— that is limitless (John 1:29).
Our Daily Bread:
We can make known the good news of what God has done for us wherever, whenever, and to anyone who is open and seeking. We can let them know that God loves us and sees our hurts, failures, and weaknesses. Through the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus, God broke the stranglehold of sin over us. And to all those who will open their heart to the Savior, He will come to live in them.
Let’s not be afraid to make known what God has done for us.

Tomorrow we head to Ceyhan to play them in a friendly game. The game is at 1:00 p.m. I will let you all know how it goes! We just played them last weekend in the Botas cup and beat them, but it was a close game.
