How is your day going so far? So, I survived another language class. Actually, it wasn't too bad this time, but we have a lot of vocabulary to learn before Friday.
Today has been a great day. I have been enjoying the day and getting little stuff done around my apartment. Tonight we had practice for about an hour and a half. Tomorrow we will have 2 practices and then Wednesday we play a game.
I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the day!

Verse of the Day: Proverbs 7:1-3
“Follow my advice, my son; always treasure my commands. Obey my commands and live! Guard my instructions as you guard your own eyes. Tie them on your fingers as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart.”
What great advice! We are to be aware of the Lords commands at all times. When we are conscious of what the Lord would have us to do, we will not stray from His calling.
My Utmost For His Highest:
“Your duty in service and ministry is to see that there is nothing between Jesus and yourself. Is there anything between you and Jesus even now? If there is, you must get through it, not by ignoring it as an irritation, or by going up and over it, but by facing it and getting through it into the presence of Jesus Christ. Then that very problem itself, and all that you have been through in connection with it, will glorify Jesus Christ in a way that you will never know until you see Him face to face.”
I liked this! How many times do we try to ignore an area in our lives that the Lord wants to work on or remove? For some of us it could be a relationship, a habit, you fill in the blank. Jesus wants to have all of us, but He can’t when we are not willing to give all of us to Him. Jesus can use our hang ups that we go through as a way to bless others, but until we move away from what we are doing that is not right, the Lord cannot use us. Do you want to be a blessing to the Lord? I know I do. We need to start by asking Him to search our hearts and life for areas we may need some cleaning up or removal of.
