Today was a great start to the week! I slept in a little bit and then got the day started :). I didn't do a whole lot this morning besides catch up on some emails, and I also talked with one of my sisters a little bit.
This afternoon we had a team meeting at 2:00 p.m. followed by practice at 4:00 p.m. After practice I decided to try out a new place to eat. I ended up getting some iskender and then stopped after dinner to get a couple pieces of baklava...good stuff!!
Tomorrow we have practice in the morning and the afternoon and then going over to a teammates house for dinner.
This weeks assignments for school are not bad. I have a few discussion boards and that is about it. Only two more big projects left and then I am home free.
If any of you get the chance, feel free to check out the Lady Flames as they play Coastal Carolina tonight!! GO FLAMES!!
God bless,
Megan

As always, our spiritual enemy, Satan, seeks to lure us away from the Savior to the false worship of idols. Christians are not immune, and thus we must guard our hearts against self-righteous anger toward unbelievers who seem to worship everything but God.
My Utmost For His Highest:
Paul was devoted to a Person, not to a cause. He was absolutely Jesus Christ’s. He saw nothing else and he lived for nothing else. “For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified” (1 Corinthians 2:2).
