I know this may come as a surprise to many of you, but I am currently typing this blog from Paris, France. My sisters and I are in route to Swaziland, Africa. We are super excited to be able to spend 2 weeks in an awesome country with some awesome people. We will be ministering alongside Dr. Harry and Echo Vanderwal and their wonderful family. They started an organization a few years back called The Luke Commission. Basically they go into rural areas and provide free medical clinics. This in turn allows them an opportunity to minister to and share the gospel with the people that come to these clinics. We are excited to see what the Lord has in store for us on this trip.
Here is their website:

I will be trying to update my blog as frequently as possible!
I will also be taking pictures and trying to post those as often as I can, so check out this link to look at pictures:

The trip over so far has been great! We left yesterday and drove to D.C. My sisters and I visited with my brother and his wife for a little bit before driving to the airport to fly out. Check in and everything went smooth which was awesome! We had a great flight from D.C. to Paris. The flight was about 8 hours long. Once we landed in Paris we took a taxi to the Eiffel Tower to check it out. We didn't actually go up in it, but it was still pretty neat to see it first hand :).
I didn't want to write a super long blog, but wanted to give you all a heads up of what is going on. My sisters and I will be coming back to the States August 15th :)!! I am also trying my best to keep a hand written journal as well. I actually kept one when I went to North Africa during a summer I was in college. I have looked at that a few times since that trip, and wow what a blessing it has been to me, to be able to reflect back on and remember different lessons that the Lord taught me while there. I have always had a special place in my heart for AFRICA. I am super excited to see what the Lord has in store :).
We would covet your prayers as we continue our travel. Also pray, that we would be able to be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever we go!!
Lord willing, next time I will be writing you all from Swaziland :)!!
2 Corinthians 9:8
"And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything; you may have an abundance for every good deed;"
