I was born in Laredo, Texas! I have three siblings (Zeb, Molly, and Moriah), whom I love. I am a triplet which is pretty neat :) I was blessed to be raised in a great Christian home. My parents did an amazing job raising my siblings and me in the way that the Lord would have them to.
I lived in South Dakota from age 4-8, and had a blast. I have very fond memories of playing in the snow, running around outside, and playing with my siblings. My parents taught at a Christian boarding school out there, so regardless of the weather (mainly snow), there were no snow days for us.
I then moved to Xenia, Ohio when I was in third grade. I lived there for 10 years. I call Xenia my home, because that is where I spent most of my years growing up.
When college rolled around, I decided to go to Liberty University. It was such a neat time in my life, because not only did I get to go to a great Christian school, but I also was able to play basketball with my sisters :) My parents decided to move to Lynchburg, VA so they could be there to support us and watch most of our basketball games.
It is hard to believe that I am an official college graduate! Time sure does fly. The Lord has blessed me in so many areas of life. He has blessed me with a wonderful family, great friends, health, and the list could go on and on. I played 7 years of professional basketball in Europe and then 2 years in the WNBA. I married the love of my life Caleb Leuzinger May 23, 2015. We are both excited to see what the Lord has in store for our future!
We are currently residing in Valparaiso, IN. Caleb is a MS/HS P.E. and Health teacher and also coaching the 8th grade girls basketball team. I am in my first year as an assistant women's basketball coach for Valparaiso University. We are also welcoming our first child, a boy, into this world in April. We feel blessed beyond measure that the Lord has seen fit to lavishly give us more than we deserve.
