First off, I have to wish my awesome Grandpa and Grandma Frazee a Happy Wedding Anniversary. Today marks them having been married for 62 years - incredible! Love you!
So, this week has been a great week. What an awesome memory verse it was for me this week to memorize. I am so thankful that I serve a God who gives me perfect peace. He is truly trustworthy :)
As I was thinking about what verse to use for this week, the Lord gave me this verse:
“Restore us, O Lord, and bring us back to you again! Give us back the joys we once had.” Lamentations 5:21
Do you find yourself in need of being restored? Do you find yourself in need of joy? Well, look no farther than the Lord. He will give us ALL that we need. So, I encourage you, if you want to, feel free to memorize this verse with me.
I also wanted to share with you some notes that I took today while listening to the message from Thomas Road Baptist Church.

The Fine Art of Communication
Colossians 3:20-21
1. Children must be loved and understood!
· Mark 10:13-16
2. Parents must be honored and obeyed.
· Ephesians 6:1-4
Parents, pay attention to your kids! If you don’t raise them, someone else will.
Communication is the first line of defense.
Advice for parents:
1. Pray for them.
2. Pay attention to them.
3. Stay close by them.
4. Display affection for them and for Christ.
Advice for children:
1. Show respect – they don’t know if you don’t show
2. Practice obedience.
3. Earn trust – enjoy the reward
In my quiet time reading today I started the book of Ezekial. Ezekial is a book full of a lot of different prophecies. Today, there was one verse that stuck out to me:
Ezekial 7:13b – “No one person whose life is twisted by sin will ever recover.”
Are you allowing your life to be "twisted by sin"? Allow God to come into your life and cleanse you from all your sin. He will make you a new creation :)

Time is flying over here. Today marks me being over here for 2 1/2 months since Christmas. It is amazing to me how quickly time flies. The team left this evening for Gydnia. We play them tomorrow evening at 5:45 p.m., which is 12:45 p.m. EST. Right now because of the time change, it is only a 5 hour time difference for the next 2 weeks. It is going to be a good game for us! Last time we played them, we got beat, so we are looking to get a win tomorrow for sure!!
I am in Polkowice still rehabbing my elbow. This morning the team had practice, so I went and watched it, and then had rehab. This afternoon I hung out with the family from Lubin (my family here in Poland :) ). We had a great time talking, laughing, hanging out, eating, and watching the Liberty Women's Basketball team win the Big South Conference Championship.
Let me say right now, "CONGRATS TO LIBERTY WOMEN'S BASKETBALL FOR WINNING THE BSC CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!! GO FLAMES :) TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!
I had a great day today. It was nice to be able to get out of Polkowice, drive a little bit, and best of all hang out with some great people :).
I hope you all have a great week ahead! Remember, "through Christ all things are possible"!!!
Praying,
Megan
