I hope everyone has had a great start to the week :) So far so good here! Today we had practice from 11:00 - 1:00 p.m., so it was nice to have it done early again. After practice I did some laundry and then took a nap which was nice. This evening I went and got sushi with a couple of my teammates which was a blast.
We leave tomorrow at 7:10 a.m. for the Turkish Cup. We will be playing near Bursa, so we will be taking a boat across the Marmara Sea and then taking a bus. I will keep you all posted throughout the rest of this week how it goes.

Reading for today:
October 21st
Joshua 24/Matthew 21
Joshua 24 – The Lord’s covenant is renewed and the people vow to worship the Lord. What an absolute blessing that the Lord extends grace when grace is needed and undeserved.
Matthew 21 – Jesus rides into Jerusalem on a donkey. Does He complain? Not one bit. What a great reminder that we likewise need to live our lives in such a way that is pleasing to the Lord. We should not feel that we are entitled to things, because if anyone is, it is the Lord and He lived a humble life.
