After dinner, we headed to watch a game (Mersin vs. Tarsus). There were 2 games today, and then there are two more games tomorrow.
Tomorrow we play Galatasaray at 8:00 p.m. which is 1:00 p.m. (EST). Regardless of whether we win or lose, we will stay here tomorrow night. Will keep you posted how we do :)!!
God bless,
Megan

Hear my prayer, O LORD; listen to my cry for mercy. In the day of my trouble I will call to you, for you will answer me.— Psalm 86:6-7 (NIV)
Thoughts on Today's Verse...Sometimes there are no immediate answers. We have prayed and cried and tried and gone sleepless and mourned and shouted. Still there are no answers. The days roll by in an agonizing parade of pain. Still there are no answers we can identify. What do we do? We go to the Psalms. We let them raise up our heart's cry. We are honest with the God of the entire universe and yet we can still anticipate mercy from him. We are convinced that in our troubles, he will not only hear us, but he will also care about what is happening in our lives.
My Utmost For His Highest:
Watch for the storms of God. The only way God plants His saints is through the whirlwind of His storms. Will you be proven to be an empty pod with no seed inside? That will depend on whether or not you are actually living in the light of the vision you have seen. Let God send you out through His storm, and don’t go until He does. If you select your own spot to be planted, you will prove yourself to be an unproductive, empty pod. However, if you allow God to plant you, you will “bear much fruit” (John 15:8).
Our Daily Bread:
Today, let’s take time to acknowledge God’s abundance instead of overlooking the overflow of His blessings.
We’re loaded with benefits daily,
Sent down from the Father above;
His mercies and blessings abounding
Are gifts of His marvelous love. —Anon.
Adding up your blessings will multiply your joy.
