Well tomorrow is finally game day again. We have two more games to finish out the Top 6 here in Israel. I am excited to finish up these next two games and move on to the Final Four. Thankfully, because of our record, it doesn't matter whether we win or lose these next 2 games...we have already qualified for the Final Four and will be going in as the #3 seed.
Today was a good day! I slept in, and then I cleaned my apartment, walked to the grocery store, and then came back and relaxed a little bit before heading to watch film and then practice. This evening I have been relaxing which has been awesome!!
We play Ramla which is the #1 seed at their place tomorrow night. Right now it is only a 6 hour time difference, so that means we will be playing at 1:30 p.m. EST!!! If for some reason the link is not activated at 1:30 p.m. be sure to check back...at the latest our game will be at 7:45 p.m.!! Link to follow the game tomorrow: http://live.baskethotel.com/ibba/?&lang=1
Let's go Ramat Hasharon!! We have shoot around tomorrow morning and then the game tomorrow night. I will do my best to post after the game tomorrow night!
God bless,
Megan
Reading for today:
March 11th
Genesis 50/Acts 26
Genesis 50 – Amazing to see how Joseph takes care of his father after he dies. And then when his dad dies his brothers become fearful that Joseph may now take out revenge on them for what they did to him, but Joseph tells them, “Don’t be afraid of me. Am I God, that I can punish you? You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good” (vs.19). What an incredible perspective Joseph has!!
Acts 26 – Paul continues yet again to not waiver in his faith despite realizing that if he would have kept his mouth shut he would have been released from prison.
