Today has been a good day! I shot this morning with Sharnee and then we headed to language class. Language class was a lot to take in, and overwhelming. I have to say it will take me awhile to process everything, but I think I will get it eventually :)
This evening we had video and practice. Tomorrow we play against LKS SIEMENS AGD at 5:45 p.m. which is 11:45 p.m. EST. Some links where you might be able to watch live stats or watch the game. I haven't gotten definitive answers from people. as to where you can watch live stats, so I am not 100% sure where that is yet.
I will keep you posted on how we do! We have a team lunch tomorrow at 12:45 p.m. and then we will fly out from Lubin in a jet to the game. I will be sure to take some pictures tomorrow to post later. Sunday we should have off, so I will have some time then to post some pictures.

Verse of the day:
Proverbs 4:23-24 “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. Avoid all perverse talk; stay away from corrupt speech. Look straight ahead, and fix your eyes on what lies before you. Mark out a straight path for your feet; stay on the safe path.
Wow! This whole chapter was good. I really like the verses above, because it is a great outline as to how we should live our life. First off, we are to “guard our heart”. This involves a lot of different things, but I like this phrase because Satan knows our weak points and he attacks us there. So, when we choose to guard our heart, we are not allowing Satan to get into it. Secondly, we are supposed to watch how we talk. This encompasses a lot of things as well. We should try to make sure we are saying encouraging things. It isn’t easy to walk the “straight and narrow” path, but it is the safe path.
My Utmost For His Highest:
“God can never make us wine if we object to the fingers He uses to crush us with.”
This is amazing! God deals with each and every one of us differently. Some of us are harder to get through than others. This quote above is great, because how true it is. If we truly want to be used by the Lord, we must subject ourselves to his pressing and squeezing. Isaiah 64:8 says, “And yet, O LORD, you are our Father. We are the clay, and you are the potter. We all are formed by your hand.” So, the questions is, are we willing to get on the wheel and let the Lord mold us and shape us how He wants to? When we let the Lord determine our “shape” – we are truly surrendering ourselves to Him to make us and use us as He wants to.
