How has everyone's weekend been? Mine was really good. We had yesterday off which was nice and then today we had lifting. Unfortunately it fell on the same time as church, so I wasn't able to go, but it was also nice to be able to lift after not lifting for 2 weeks.
Tomorrow we have practice in the late morning and then the rest of the day to relax hopefully. It is amazing how quickly the day passes when you add in an hour of travel to the gym and back from the gym. I feel like the days are just flying by!
This evening I made some creamy chicken and potato soup and even made some homemade pie crust to simulate a pot pie type soup. It was so good!! Here is a picture below:
